Sizing & Colours: Clothing sizes and colours may vary slightly from what is shown on the website due to differences in device display settings, lighting, and production batches.

3. Placing Orders

Order Confirmation: When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment of your order and does not signify acceptance until we ship your order.

Inventory: All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock or discontinued at the time of order processing, we will notify you promptly and offer a substitute or refund.

Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods indicated during checkout.

Prices: All prices are stated in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes Vat 20%. Prices may change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy: We ship within The United Kingdom using the shipping carrier of our choice. Delivery times will be provided at the point of purchase but may vary based on location and shipping conditions.

Risk of Loss: Ownership of and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the package is in transit.

Shipping Costs and Taxes: All applicable shipping fees and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at dean@kodiakfitness.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are typically non-refundable.

Items that have been subject to change/damage cannot be refunded. such as the removal of tags or Labels. Or damage sustained through abnormal use. 

Exchanges: Exchange policies are subject to product availability.
